This material is best kept at ambient conditions in a cool, dry and well ventilated place. The Shelf life od the product in the above mentioned conditions is up to one year approximately.
During handling maximum precautions should, when not in use, Keep the material away from ignition sources. Saftey goggles & Protective gloves should be worn during application.

( M.O.S.T. 803.4), AND THE BRITISH STANDARD 3232. IN ADDITION, SHIVALIK Prismo can formulate the material to meet individual specifications and climatic conditions.
Preparation Of Material:
Thermoplastic powder is put into the container of machine and it is heated. The material is mixed uniformly b operating the agitator in the container. The Thermostat is adjusted to a temperature of 180-200 degree centigrade. The material is added to the container to its full capacity and melted till it achieves smooth consistency. The molten material will be used expeditiously. The thermoplastic material will also be prepared in pre-meltor and transferred into the container of machine.
The marking will be done by fully automatic machine or semi automatic machine or approved manual applicator machine will be used.
The thermoplastic material will be applied hot by screeding or extrusion process.
All surface to be marked will be thoroughly cleaned of all dust. dirt, grease oil and all, other foreign matter before application of the marking.
The Lines through which the marking is to be done will be pre-marked.
Te desired setting for the markings ( broken lines, continuous lines etc.) will be made in the control panel of automatic machine. The glass beads for super imposition o the marking will be put into its container and setting adjusted at 250 grams/s.q.m.
The molten material will br allowed to pass into the screed box of the desied size ( 10 cmc. 15 cmc etc ) .The Screed box will be adjusted for thickness of 2.5mm, The screed box will also be heated using the bulit in heaters.
The machine will be driven through the pre marked line and the screed box shutter is opened which will allow the material to flow to the surface.
Drying And Opening To Traffic;
Traffic cones will be provided to cover the marking from vehicular traffic. After 15 minutes od drying, road can be opened for traffic.
